Future Concerts
SUSO have concerts already booked upto 2009 with venues from their home of Turner Sims to Romsey Abbey where SUSO will be playing in Spring 2008.
The most talented musicians at the University of Southampton come together once a week and are provided with the opportunity to play a wide ranging repertoire of large-scale orchestral works. Southampton University Symphony Orchestra are under the guidance of their musical director Robin Browning and perform in excess of eight concerts a year. The challenging and exciting repertoire SUSO has embraced over the past few years include; Stravinsky’s The Rite of Spring and Symphony No. 10 by Mahler.
